What to include if you are asking about a campaign
Most first messages are missing one of four things, and each omission costs a round trip. If you can supply these, the reply can contain actual numbers instead of a request for clarification.

What we will not tell you over email
Three questions come up regularly and the answer is the same each time, so it is quicker to state it here than to disappoint by reply.
How much volume do I need to trend? There is no honest figure. Ranking is competitive against every other token active in the same window and the weights are undocumented, so any number would be invention. The mechanics of what feeds the ranking are set out in trending signals.
Can you guarantee a result? No. Volume makes on-chain activity legible to systems that read the chain; it does not create people who want to hold a token. A vendor guaranteeing an outcome is making a claim about factors nobody outside the platform controls.
Will this be undetectable? No. Funding lineage and wallet creation history are permanent public records, and analysis tooling improves rather than degrades. We treat that as a design constraint rather than a secret, and set out the reasoning in clustering risk.
Response times and what happens to your message
Messages are read by a person and answered in writing, usually within a few hours during European working days and slower at weekends. Your email address is used to reply to you and for nothing else: there is no mailing list, no automated sequence, and no transfer to any third party.
