Privacy Policy
This describes what actually happens rather than reserving every right a lawyer could think of. The short version: there is no account system, we do not ask who you are, and the only personal data we hold is an email address if you choose to send us one.
1. What we collect
If you use the console: campaign configuration you enter, including the token address, wallet count, trade size range, duration and routing settings. This is stored against a random identifier generated in your browser, not against an identity. We do not ask for your name, email or any account details to run a campaign.
If you contact us: the email address you supply and the message you write. That is the only personal data we deliberately collect.
Automatically: standard server request logs, which include IP address, request time, requested URL and user agent. These are a byproduct of running a web server rather than something we assemble into profiles.
2. What we do not collect
We never collect, request or store seed phrases or private keys. There is no function in this service that could use one, which is why no support process will ever ask for one.
We do not operate user accounts, so there are no passwords and no login credentials to lose. We do not collect names, postal addresses, phone numbers or payment card details. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone, because we have no data worth selling and no interest in that business.
3. Why we hold what we hold
Campaign configuration is stored so that the console can show you your active and past campaigns. Because the identifier lives in your browser, clearing your browser storage severs the link between you and those records permanently, and we have no way to restore it.
An email address you send us is used to reply to you and for nothing else. There is no mailing list, no marketing sequence, and no transfer to third parties.
Server logs exist for security and to diagnose faults. They are not used to build behavioural profiles.
4. On-chain data is public and permanent
This deserves stating plainly because it is the most consequential privacy fact on this page, and it has nothing to do with our practices. Every transaction a campaign produces is recorded permanently on the Solana blockchain, which is public. Wallet addresses, transaction amounts, timing and funding relationships can be read and analysed by anyone, forever.
We cannot delete on-chain data, and neither can anyone else. If a campaign is run, the record of it is permanent and publicly analysable, including by tools that group related wallets. We discuss what that means in practice on the clustering risk page, and we would rather you understood it before running a campaign than after.
5. Analytics and cookies
This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The console stores a random campaign identifier in your browser's local storage, which is functional rather than analytical: without it, the console cannot show you your own campaigns.
We use privacy-oriented analytics with consent defaulted to denied, meaning no analytics storage is used unless you affirmatively allow it.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads. If that matters to you, a content blocker will prevent it and the site will render with system fonts.
6. Your rights and how to use them
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to support@volion.io. In practice the answer is usually short, because for most visitors we hold nothing beyond server logs.
Campaign records tied to your browser identifier can be removed by clearing your browser storage, which is faster than asking us and equally final.
Two limits worth being explicit about. We cannot delete anything from the Solana blockchain, because nobody can. And we cannot identify which server log entries belong to you unless you can tell us the IP address and time window, since the logs are not linked to any identity.
7. Changes to this policy
If our practices change, this page changes with them, and the version published here is the operative one. We will not quietly begin collecting something this page says we do not collect.
