Terms of Service
Written to be read. Where a term limits what you can expect from us, it says so directly rather than in a subclause. Using the Volion console means accepting what follows.
1. What the service is
Volion provides software that coordinates multiple Solana wallets to place swap transactions against a token you specify, on the Pump.fun bonding curve, the Pump.fun AMM, or a Raydium pool. The service produces on-chain trading activity. It does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, custody, brokerage, or any regulated financial service.
The service is non-custodial. It does not request, receive, store or transmit your seed phrase or private keys, and there is no function within it that would require them.
2. What we do not promise
We make no representation or warranty that a campaign will produce any particular outcome. Specifically, and without limitation, we do not promise that a campaign will: cause a token price to rise or fall in any direction; result in a listing, ranking or trending placement on any platform; attract holders, buyers or attention; or remain undetected by any platform, analytics provider or third party.
Trading activity is a visibility mechanism. Discovery platforms rank tokens on undisclosed criteria which they may change at any time and which weigh factors entirely outside our control, including the activity of every other token. Any statement about likely outcomes found elsewhere on this site is descriptive of mechanisms, not a promise of results.
3. Fees, funding and refunds
The service fee is 2% of the target volume you configure. This is charged in addition to Solana network costs, which include base transaction fees, any priority fees bid, any Jito bundle tips, and account rent. Network costs are paid to the network and its validators, not to us, and they vary with conditions we do not control.
Transactions that fail on the Solana network are charged their fee by the network and produce no volume. This is a property of the network rather than of our service, and we publish measured failure rates so that you can account for it before committing funds.
You fund a campaign at launch. The portion of a deposit that a campaign does not spend is returned to the funding wallet on completion. Service fees on volume already executed are not refundable.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for determining whether your use of this service is lawful in your jurisdiction. Rules concerning trading in one's own token, promotional market activity and securities offerings differ substantially between jurisdictions, and some jurisdictions may treat coordinated trading as market manipulation. We do not assess this for you and we do not provide legal advice.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the token address you supply. Transactions on Solana are irreversible, and a campaign configured against the wrong address cannot be undone.
You are responsible for any statements you make to third parties about activity produced by this service. Describing campaign-generated activity as organic demand may expose you to liability that is yours alone.
You must not use the service to trade a token in violation of applicable law, or in furtherance of fraud against any person.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss, including lost profits, lost opportunity, loss of token value, and losses arising from network conditions, failed transactions, third-party platform decisions, or changes to any protocol or DEX program.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability in respect of any campaign is limited to the service fee paid for that campaign. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.
We are not liable for losses arising from sites impersonating Volion. We never request private keys; a request for one is definitive evidence that you are not dealing with us.
6. Availability and changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on Solana network conditions, RPC infrastructure and third-party DEX programs, any of which may degrade or change without notice. A campaign may be delayed, partially executed or halted by conditions of that kind.
We may modify or discontinue features. We may amend these terms, and the version published on this page is the operative one. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
We may decline or terminate service where we believe use is unlawful, fraudulent, or intended to harm a third party. Where a campaign is terminated on that basis, unspent deposit is returned.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Volion is established. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, save that we may enforce these terms in any court of competent jurisdiction.
